Your daily fuel check: log the stick, catch the missing gallons before month-end does, and see exactly when each grade runs out — order in one tap. Built for independent gas station owners, not chains.
The habit the law already asks of you: a stick reading every day, book-vs-stick at month end, records kept for years (Georgia UST guidance; federal tripwire: 1% of flow-through + 130 gallons). This is that sheet without the paper — three numbers a day, the difference checked every day. Flag rule: over 50 gallons, or over 0.5% of the day's sales.
The totalizer is the running pump meter number at close — the difference from yesterday is what you sold.
Every day, the book says what should be in the tank: yesterday's stick + deliveries − what the pumps sold. If the real stick disagrees by more than the flag rule, something took fuel — or a reading is wrong. Recheck the stick first; it's the cheapest fix there is.
Your forecast for every grade: days until it runs dry at your current pace, and the order that fills you back up. Under about 3 days the card turns red — copy the order message and send it to your distributor.
Used only to fill in the reorder message. In demo mode this is saved in this browser; with an account, each station keeps its own distributor details.
